Cambridge Credit Counseling's Housing Counseling

Cambridge offers HUD-approved housing counseling services for homeowners, prospective buyers and renters. Whether you’re looking to buy your first home, explore options to keep your home and avoid foreclosure, or learn what you need to secure and maintain an apartment, Cambridge’s nationally certified housing counselors are ready to help.

Our experienced staff is dedicated to helping people become better informed about the options available to them, whatever their situation. We offer a variety of courses and seminars on homeownership, foreclosure avoidance, and rental issues, and our staff is available for one-on-one counseling sessions here in our office, or by telephone from the privacy and convenience of your home.

At no cost, Cambridge’s certified housing counselors will conduct a careful analysis of your budget, answer the questions you have about your situation, and explain the range of options that may be appropriate to your circumstances.

  • We also provide rental counseling for people who don’t want to purchase a property. We conduct one-on-one counseling sessions and rental education workshops. Our counselors will explain the best ways to budget, apply for and maintain residency, and provide relocation information if needed.
